CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed immediately. Please verify that your cart, shipping address, and other order details are correct before checking out.

We cannot guarantee orders can be changed or cancelled if they have already been processed.

If necessary to change your order, email us at higoleofficial@goleminipc.com as soon as possible. Orders are often processed within one business day of receipt. Make sure you have your order number ready.

7-Day Return and Exchange policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase on Higole, you can request a return or exchange by contacting our customer service within 7 days of the delivery date.We require you to use the original packaging, and the product must be in perfect condition. In case of special circumstances, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Note: If a return is not due to quality issues, Higole will charge a 5% fee (service and handling fees).

1. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.”

2. In the event of a computer malfunction, if the order was placed within 7 days, the merchant will cover the shipping fees. Beyond 7 days, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

3.After you receive order within 7 days. If there is a problem with product quality due to non-human factors, we provide a 1-year warranty.

Return Process

1-Please contact our customer service for the return address.
(we expects packages to be returned in as original condition as possible.)

2-After you return the item, please provide the tracking number to our customer service to process the return or exchange. No return or exchange processing fees.

3-We usually process your return package within 3 to 5 business days after it arrives.

Special Notes:

Higole typically resends the item to the buyer via standard shipping (with a tracking number).
If you want another faster shipping method, please contact our customer service to provide you with a better solution.

One-Year Warranty

Higole offers one-year warranty period that starts from the day you received the product.

REFUNDS

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

Not Covered Under Refund:

1) Products that have been misplaced or stolen

2) Products that have passed their warranty period

3) Products that with no quality problems (30 days after purchase)

4) Products received for free

5) Products repaired by third parties

6) Products damaged by improper operation (including, but not limited to, drops, extreme temperatures, water, and improper usage)

7) Computers used for over six months are not eligible for returns or refunds. Replacement is only available for computers of the same model.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
